Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Unveil SEO platform, our website at unveilseo.com and everything we provide with them. They are a contract between you and UNVEIL SEO. Unveil SEO is built for businesses and professionals, and by using it you confirm you are acting on behalf of one. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data and forms part of these terms.

The agreement

By creating an account, accepting an invitation to a team, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it, and “you” refers to that entity.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service. Where a separate written agreement, such as an order form or an enterprise agreement, exists between you and us, that agreement prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

The service

Unveil SEO is an internal linking platform. It crawls the websites you register, analyses their content and structure, and suggests internal links to add. Depending on the features you enable, it can also read Google Search Console metrics for the properties you connect, and deliver approved links to your site through an edge integration you connect yourself.

The service is provided as software as a service, hosted by us and accessed through a web browser. We may add, change or retire features over time. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan offers, we will tell you in advance.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the service. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and your team, including the actions of members you invite. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us immediately at hello@unveilseo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Team owners control who has access to the team’s workspace and can remove members at any time. We may act on instructions from an owner as instructions from you.

Early access, plans and fees

Early access

The service is currently offered as an early access programme. Early access is provided free of charge, for the duration and the scope we communicate to you, so that you can evaluate the product on your own site. We may limit the number of sites, pages or crawls, and we may end or change the programme at any time with reasonable notice.

Early access features may be incomplete or change without notice. Your feedback helps shape the product, and you grant us the right to use it, without any obligation or compensation, to improve the service.

Paid plans

When paid plans are available, the price, billing period, included usage and any limits are those shown at the time of purchase or in your order form. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes; VAT and other applicable taxes are added where the law requires.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it or where these terms say otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice, effective at your next renewal.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the amount due is settled, after notifying you.

Your content and data

You keep every right you hold in the websites you crawl, the content they contain, the Search Console data you connect and the settings you create in the product. Together, this is your content.

You grant us a limited, non exclusive licence to host, copy, analyse, process and display your content solely to provide the service to you, to keep it secure, and to comply with the law. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train machine learning models of our own.

You confirm that you own or are authorised to crawl and process the sites you register, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else’s rights or any applicable law. You must not register a site you are not entitled to act for.

For personal data contained in your content, you are the controller and we act as your processor, as described in the Privacy Policy. A data processing agreement is available on request.

You can delete a crawl session, disconnect a property or close your account at any time. Deletion removes the corresponding data from our systems as described in the Privacy Policy, with backups purged shortly after.

Connected services

Some features rely on third party services you choose to connect, such as Google Search Console or your content delivery network. Those services are governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them. We only access the data and permissions needed for the feature you enable, and you can revoke our access at any time from the product or from the provider.

Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its limited use requirements.

When you use the edge integration, the links deployed to your site are the ones you approved. You remain responsible for what is published on your site and can disable the integration at any time.

AI generated suggestions

Link suggestions, anchor texts and other recommendations are produced by automated analysis, including machine learning models operated by third party providers listed in our Privacy Policy. They are suggestions, not guarantees. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they do not account for everything that matters to your site.

You decide what to apply. Review suggestions before publishing them, and do not rely on the service as your only source of judgement about your site. We make no promise about search rankings, traffic or any other outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to let anyone else:

  • Use the service to crawl, analyse or modify a site you are not authorised to act for, or in breach of that site’s terms or robots directives you are bound by.
  • Use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, including spam, malware, or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service, bypass its limits or access controls, or interfere with its operation.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the service, or build a competing product from it, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • Resell, sublicense or share your access with people outside your team without our written consent.
  • Place a load on the service that is unreasonable in relation to your plan, or use automated means to extract data from it beyond the exports we provide.

We may suspend or limit access, after notice where practical, if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken or the security of the service is at risk.

Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, documentation, trademarks and everything we create to provide it, belongs to UNVEIL SEO and its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the service during your subscription or early access, and nothing more.

Analyses, reports and suggestions the service generates for your site are yours to use for your site. The underlying models, methods and aggregated, non identifying statistics we derive from operating the service remain ours.

Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other’s non public information confidential and use it only for the purposes of this agreement. This covers, on your side, the content and metrics you bring into the product, and on our side, unreleased features, pricing and technical details you learn about during early access.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, already known to it, independently developed, or that must be disclosed by law, in which case the receiving party will give notice where allowed.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, incidents at our hosting providers or third party services, and events outside our control can cause downtime. Where we plan maintenance that is likely to affect you, we will try to schedule it outside business hours and tell you in advance.

Support is provided by email at hello@unveilseo.com during French business hours. Response times and service levels for paid plans, where offered, are those stated in your plan or order form.

Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error free, that suggestions will be accurate, or that using the service will improve your search performance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or business interruption, arising from this agreement, however caused.

Our total liability for all claims arising from this agreement in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period, or 100 EUR if you paid nothing, for example during early access.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify UNVEIL SEO against third party claims, and the reasonable costs that come with them, arising from your content, from sites you registered without authority, or from your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

Term and termination

These terms apply from the moment you first use the service and continue until your account is closed. You can close your account at any time from the product or by writing to us. A paid subscription ends at the close of the current billing period unless the law gives you a right to end it earlier.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy the breach within 14 days of notice, immediately if the breach cannot be remedied or puts the service or other customers at risk, or if we discontinue the service, with at least 30 days’ notice and a pro rata refund of any prepaid fees for the unused period.

On termination, your right to use the service ends and we delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability and governing law, survive termination.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms when the product, our business or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. For material changes, we will notify account holders by email or in the product at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you may close your account before they apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from them that the parties cannot settle amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Chambéry, France, without prejudice to mandatory rules that give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it to a successor of our business with notice to you.
